Shop info & release dates are always sent out in VB Newsletters so make sure you're signed up to receive our emails.
The VB Team has also put together a VB Calendar for the villabeauTIFFul website. Here you will be able to find a monthly overview & an event list outlining all the upcoming VB releases, kit dates, & other important events. The calendar will be updated as information is released in the VB Newsletters.
If there is a problem with your order or a product is defective or damaged (does not include being damaged in transit) once you receive it, please contact VB Customer Service via the contact form right away. If you need to send photos, please wait until after we have sent a reply to your initial contact form request.
For VBPen issues, VB Customer Service must be contacted within 30 DAYS of ORDER DELIVERY.
For VBKit issues, VB Customer Service must be contacted within 14 DAYS of ORDER DELIVERY.
Pictures and a detailed explanation are extremely helpful. In order to qualify for a replacement, the product must be unused, with the original packaging, and approved by VB Customer Service in order to proceed with a return/resend.
No customer service concerns are handled via the VB social media channels. At VB we always want to make sure our customers are taken care of so please use the contact form for any shop/order questions or issues so that your inquiry goes directly to our customer service team.
Please note that while we always attempt to accurately capture the products in listing photos, actual colors may vary from what you see on your screen. Various products with the same color names may not match exactly due to different materials being used for each particular product and the manufacturing process.
Please fill out the VB Contact Form in the shop so that your message goes directly to our customer service team. Emails are responded to Monday-Thursday + half days on Fridays. Please allow 24-72 hours for a response. Emails sent over the weekends or during holidays will receive replies during the following business days.
If you need to send photos, please wait until after we have sent a reply to your initial contact form request. When photos are attached to emails without anything in the body of the email, our system filters it to spam.

VillabeauTifful does not currently have any promo or PR discount codes. You may get a discount on your purchases by earning VB Reward Points through the shop reward system.
We will not be taking requests for specific samplers or cards. VB sticker samplers & mailer cards are promotional items & are added to orders only while supplies last. Variations are selected randomly & based on inventory, so you may receive duplicates if you place multiple orders.
Some products do have quantity limits (based on release / inventory levels), so it’s always best to check the listing for each product prior to placing your order. If a limit is ever lifted, that section of the listing will be updated or removed.
Quantity limits are PER CUSTOMER / PER HOUSEHOLD not per order. Your order(s) will be canceled without notice if you exceed the maximum amount designated for a particular product. If you'd like to request a larger amount (such as for gifts), please contact VB Customer Service prior to purchasing.

No. Each VBKit reservation has a section requiring customer initials that states: “Once this order has been placed it cannot be changed or canceled under any circumstances.” Please make sure you are certain that you want to place the order prior to completing your purchase. VBKit reservations for kits or any type of preordered product cannot be refunded or returned. Once orders are placed they cannot be changed (including shipping addresses) or canceled.

Absolutely NO cancellations for VBKits once the kit has been revealed.
There is no combined shipping of separate orders with past, day of, or future orders. This helps make sure our team at the VB Studio can process orders as quickly & efficiently as possible.
Manually combining multiple orders, especially on heavy order days, such as New Releases, Tiffy Tuesdays, Kit Extras Releases, etc takes a considerable amount of time away from our team working to pack & fulfill orders.
With Tiff now being the only one at the VB Studio fulfilling orders, shipping windows are currently set for 7-14 business days (please note that this excludes all weekends & holidays).
All orders will be shipped from VillabeauTIFFul HQ in Seattle, WA via USPS (United States Postal Service).
USPS is the only postal service we use to ship packages. Please be mindful that once your order is picked up and not in our possession, we are unable to provide any additional info other than what is stated on the USPS tracking website. Please contact USPS directly for information on your tracking status or any issues/inquiries regarding postal service and package delivery.
Please contact VB Customer Service ASAP. Address changes are not guaranteed. Once an order is in the fulfillment stage or has been marked as shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping information. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify shipping information is correct prior to completing purchases.
VillabeauTIFFul is not responsible for orders that get delivered to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to the VB Studio due to an insufficient / incorrect address or the package is stated by USPS as undeliverable and is returned to sender, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to have the order resent.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by USPS during checkout based on the total weight of your order, the kind of packaging required for shipment, & the distance from the VB Studio in Seattle, WA USA to your delivery destination.
Yes, we do ship to many international destinations. Due to changes in the VAT treatment of overseas goods, VillabeauTIFFul unfortunately is no longer able to offer shipping to the EU/UK. All of our available shipping options will show in the list of countries on the checkout page. If you don't see your country in the list of countries at checkout, please reach out to customer service & we can double check for you.
You'll receive a shipping estimate once you go to checkout. To determine a shipping rate for a specific country, please add all of the desired items to your cart and enter your shipping information.

If you believe your package is lost or there is no movement on the USPS tracking website, please fill out the USPS Missing Mail form & wait for their response before contacting VB Customer Service.

The USPS Priority shipping window is based on their shipping times once a package has been accepted by the postal service - it does not reflect the order processing times for VillabeauTIFFul. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be processed for shipment.
Sorry, but we cannot transfer orders or rewards between accounts. This includes accounts created by the same person under different email addresses. Make sure to sign into your VB account prior to completing your purchases in order to earn VB Points.
Codes cannot be applied after a purchase has been completed. As long as the code has not expired, you can save it to use towards your next order.
You can only earn points on current purchases. In order to earn VB Reward Points, you must have signed up for a VB account, confirmed your account & VB Rewards membership, & be signed into your VB account prior to completing your orders. Be sure to sign in to this same account every time you place an order.
If you check out as a guest, you will not earn points for your purchase.
If you signed up for a VB Rewards account after making a purchase, you will not earn points for that purchase.
If you've shopped using different email addresses, those orders/rewards cannot be combined.
No discounts or codes will be applied to orders after they are placed and points cannot be transferred from one account to another.
Expired codes may not be refunded. Once your code has expired, it can no longer be used. We recommend waiting to redeem a code until you are sure you're ready to place an order - please keep in mind the codes do have expiration dates of one year from the date of redemption.
No, once rewards are redeemed for codes, they cannot be cancelled / refunded / added back into your account. Once you have clicked “REDEEM” those points are deducted from your account and can’t be added back in if you change your mind and want to wait. You will not be able to get the points back and save for a larger reward once you have chosen to redeem one.
We recommend waiting to redeem a code until you are sure you're ready to place an order - please keep in mind the codes do have expiration dates.
No, once rewards are redeemed for codes, they cannot be combined. Once you have clicked “REDEEM” those points are deducted from your account. Only one code may be used per order.
Referral rewards cannot be combined into one code. Each referral processes as a separate code through the reward system.
To access the VB Rewards section, look for the icon labeled “VB REWARDS” at the bottom left corner of the home screen on the Shop VillabeauTIFFul website. On mobile devices, it will be a circle with a shopping bag icon.
When you choose to redeem a reward, a discount code will appear on your screen for you to copy & paste into the appropriate section at check out. The code will also be emailed to you, so check your inbox, junk folder, and promotions folder or search your inboxes for keywords “You have unlocked a reward.”
The section where you enter your code will not appear until you click “CHECK OUT” in your cart. Enter your discount code into the box labeled “Gift card or discount code.”
On mobile devices, you’ll need to click “Show Order Summary” at the top of the check out page to access the discount code option. Once it is entered, the discount should apply and your new total should appear.

Yes, your rewards code can be used on a VBKit.
At times, especially during the holiday season, the rewards app we use temporarily delays the processing time for referral rewards & points earned. This means it may take a bit longer than usual for shoppers to see an updated points balance or receive referral credits. These delays are only temporary, but all earned points will be updated & reflected in your account once processed.
VBKits
VBKits aren't on a subscription plan and you won't be automatically billed every month. They are available by reservations which open on the 1st of each month & will be available until the 15th of each month, or until the allotted number of reservations has sold out - whichever comes first.

A monthly newsletter is sent out the beginning of the month to remind you when it’s time to reserve your VBKit. Keep an eye for IG posts and updates in the FB Group as well.
All kits are found in the category "VB KITS" or "LATEST KIT" in the store. Once the listing is live on the 1st, you'll go to the site, select the current VBKit, read the listing information, add your initials to the prompts noting that you have read & agreed to the details, add to your cart, double check all your shipping information is correct, and then checkout. Make sure you read the listing info carefully & check that your contact & mailing information is up-to-date prior to purchasing.
VBKit reservations open on the 1st of each month & will be available until the 15th of each month, or until the allotted number of reservations has sold out - whichever comes first. Spots are limited & only available until sold out. For best chances at grabbing a kit before they sell out, we recommend shopping as close to the 1st as you can!
VBKit reservations can last varying times depending on the popularity of the kit, but will close each month on the 15th if they have not already sold out before then. Check the VBKit page to see if the current kit is still open for reservations.
After fulfilling all VBKit reservations, any leftover full kits and/or individual kit products are released in the shop as Kit Extras.
It is not always guaranteed that a full kit or a specific kit product will be available as a kit extra. Reserving your VBKit right on the 1st of every month is the best way to ensure you are able to get a VBKit. The VB Newsletter will contain all the release info for the shop release of kit extras each month, so make sure you’re signed up to get our emails.
VBKits are $35.50 before shipping.
Prices for seasonal Luxe VBKits are increased due to the specialty items included in these kits.
Shipping cost is automatically calculated by USPS based on package weight & destination. At times, you may notice that the shipping cost is increased for certain kits at check out. We will always note in the VBKit product listings if there is a shipping increase due to the weight of the kit. Please be sure to review the product listings in full, especially any bold or red sections.
The products featured in VBKits will include 6 core items that will be consistent every month: VB Sticker Book (11 5x7 pages with foiled details), a VBPen, 2 tapes of some sort, foiled journaling card, and an 8 sheet sticker pack, plus 1-2 additional products that will vary from month to month.
Check out the kit listing photos for a peek at some of the products that will be featured in each kit. Most of the products featured are exclusive to VB- you won't find them elsewhere.
The listing photos for each VBKit along with the Theme Reveal VB Newsletter sent out on the 1st of each month will have a VBKit mood board & product boards.
The mood board is created using photos I find on Pinterest and at times the actual patterns and clipart you’ll see in the kit to give you a better understanding of the overall concept and feel of the kit.
A few digital images of some of the products (not all) will be revealed with the mood board each month. This gives you some insight on what products you can expect for that particular month.
Physical products will be revealed starting around the 20th of each month during “Kit Week” (the week when kits start shipping).

If you reserved a VBKit, you'll be getting your shipping notification along with your kit digitals email sometime during that week. Kit Week dates can be found in the original VBKit reservation listings in the shop and on the VB Calendar. A full reveal and product features will also take place on VB Social Media & a Kit Reveal VB Newsletter will be sent.
Each VBKit reservation MUST be purchased on its own. No other products can be included with a VBKit reservation as it is a preorder listing. The quantity limit of one VBKit per customer has been lifted if you'd like to purchase more than one, but each kit must be purchased in a separate transaction. If your reservation order includes any other products, your order is subject to cancellation.
The kits are prepacked and have special packaging that is weighed for the VBKit reservations to get a rate on shipping. The kits are also on an automated shipping label service which categorizes the kits into batches. If another product is added to the order, it will be placed in a Misc. batch and has to be manually entered into the system. This makes the shipping process very slow - please checkout with separate transactions when purchasing a VBKit reservation.
VBKits begin shipping around the 25th at the end of each month. When you place your VBKit reservation on the 1st of the current month, you won't be receiving the kit until around the 25th, at the end of each month. So let's say you reserve the January VBKit on January 1st - that means your kit will be shipped out at the end of January.
The reservation listing will be updated & VB Newsletters will be sent for any shipping changes that may arise due to holidays, vacations, global / manufacturer shipping delays, or other events. Please keep in mind that we do pre-print the shipping labels to make the shipping process faster for us especially when shipping so many kits & some may receive shipping notifications earlier in the week than others. Please allow 24-72 hours for your tracking number to update.
There are occasionally leftover full kits & individual kit items after VBKit reservations are fulfilled. Those Kit Extras are listed in the shop usually the following month, and the release info is always announced in a VB Newsletter & added to the VB Calendar.
Please note, kit extras are limited in quantity due to being leftover items from fulfilling the VBKit reservations.
You can order an Extra-release full VBKit with other items, as long as your order doesn't include a reservation listing or one of the special pre-packed boxed kits, such as the seasonal Luxe VBKits. Shipping won't be combined for multiple orders if you place them separately. So if you want to buy an Extra-release full VBKit + a pack of page flags and a VBPen for example, those are all okay to purchase together in one order.
VBKit reservations must be purchased individually, separate from all other items. Please be sure to review the product listings in full, especially any bold or red sections.
Kit VBPens are exclusive to the kits that they are featured in & are not available individually as pen preorders. At times, there may be extra individual Kit VBPens released in the shop sometime after all the kits have been sent out but typically those are very limited in quantity. The best way to secure your Kit VBPen is to reserve the VBKits each month that there's a theme/color palette you like.
The kits are shipped in envelope pouches so that the kit is presentable, easily storable, & all the kit products are contained & better protected for transit/shipping.
The envelope pouches that hold the kit contents are strictly for packaging purposes only & are not included in the overall price of the whole kit. If you receive a pouch that has imperfections please note that depending on availability, we may not be able to replace these.
If there was a sudden, unexpected move - please contact VB Customer Service right away to see if the address can be changed. Once VBKits have started processing for fulfillment, we are no longer able to update the address for you. In the event the address you entered is not up-to-date, the kit will be sent to the address that was used at checkout and it will be your responsibility to forward your mail to your new address.
Per our kit policy & the section in the VBKit listings that must be initialed before it can be added to your cart, once your order is placed it is finalized and cannot be changed. Please make sure your address is correct before you checkout.

If you reserved a VBKit, an email containing your digital downloads is automatically sent once your order has been marked as shipped. If you do not receive the email notification, check your spam / junk / promotion folders first, do a keyword search for "VillabeauTIFFul" and "digitals", and if you still can't locate the email, please contact VB Customer Service once Kit Week has ended.

If you purchase a full VBKit during “Kit Extras” releases, digitals will not be included. Kit digitals are an exclusive perk for VBKit reservations.
Due to a change in our digital system, you now have 30 days from receiving your VB Digitals email to download your digitals. After 30 days the files are subject to being taken off the server to make room for new files. Please download the digitals as soon as you receive the email and store them in a drive or cloud storage until you are ready to use them. If you did not receive your digitals email during Kit Week, please:
1) double check all of your Spam/Junk/Promotion inboxes
2) do a keyword search for "VillabeauTIFFul" and "digitals" in your emails
3) and if you still can't locate the email, please contact VB Customer Service ASAP.
Once the files have been removed from the system, they cannot be recovered to be sent again.
Make sure to download them as soon as you get the email so you don't miss out!
Please contact VB Customer Service prior to reaching the download limits if you have any trouble with the digital download link. We cannot reset the download link if you use all six of your downloads or if you wait past the link expiration date.

Yes! The VBPen Catalog has all of the VBPens and their photos / details listed.

Some VBPen tip lengths may be shorter or longer than others. Refills are cut by hand which can result in length variations, causing some tips to not extend as far as others. The tip length shouldn't affect the usage of the VBPen, its ability to write, or the flow of ink. You can also try switching out refills to see if another one will fit better to your liking.

Make sure you are using the TIP of the pen and not writing at an angle using the side of the pen tip. This is one of the biggest reasons why the ink skips - VBPens are not rollerball pens. Please check out our VBPen 101 page which has a list of tips for getting your ink flowing!

The quantity limits only apply to the specific product it is listed in. Individual pens are counted as separate quantity from the bundles. So if you buy, for example, 1 bundle of new release VBPens + 3 individual new release VBPens, that’s totally fine. As long as none of the products exceed the limits stated in their specific listings.
