RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If a sticker sheet is not cut properly, a product is defective, or other circumstances that were manufacturer error we will replace (of equal or lesser value) within 30 days of receiving the product. Replacements are subject to availability. Product must be in original packaging, unused, and unaltered to qualify for a replacement. Returns/exchanges are not offered for items that have been damaged by customers. For U.S. orders postage will be paid to return the defective or incorrect product. Please contact us via the contact form to start the return/exchange process. 

VillabeauTIFFul reserves the right to refuse a refund/return, although we will try our best to make it right. Refunds issued are pending receipt of the item in its original unopened condition and nature of the issue. 

For VBPen issues (actual pen itself and ink refills), VB Customer Service must be contacted within 30 DAYS of ORDER DELIVERY.  

 

DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you believe there is a problem with your order or a product is defective or damaged (does not include being damaged in transit in which case USPS should be contacted directly) once you receive it, please contact VB Customer Service via the contact form right away. For VBPen and product issues (such as in stock products and kit extras), VB Customer Service must be contacted within 30 DAYS of ORDER DELIVERY.

Pictures and a detailed explanation are extremely helpful. The product must be unused, unaltered, with the original packaging, and approved by VB Customer Service in order to proceed with a return/resend/refund/store credit. Returns/exchanges are not offered for items that have been damaged by customers. Replacements are subject to availability.

 

SECONDHAND OWNERS/PURCHASES/TRADES
We are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for any VB products that were not purchased directly from Shop VillabeauTIFFul, to include products that have been traded or bought from Buy Sell Trade groups and/or third party sites.

 

 

SHIPPING + TRACKING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

With Tiff personally handling all order fulfillment at the VB Studio, our current shipping window is 7-14 business days. Please note: this timeframe excludes weekends and holidays. Thank you for your patience as we carefully prepare each order with the attention it deserves.

During special events—such as releases, shopping promotions, or sales—the shipping queue may grow, which can result in longer processing times for orders placed in the days that follow. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work diligently to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. For details on past and upcoming releases, you can view the VB Calendar HERE.

The VB Studio doesn't have postal pick ups on weekends, so any orders processed after 3 PM PST on Fridays will begin shipping the following Monday.


WHERE IS MY ORDER?
USPS (United States Postal Service) is the only postal service we use to ship packages. Please be mindful that once your order is picked up and not in our possession, we are unable to provide any additional info other than what is stated on the USPS tracking website. This can include unforeseen delays and interruptions within the postal service that villabeauTIFFul is not responsible for. Please contact USPS directly for information on your tracking status or any issues/inquiries regarding postal service and package delivery.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
VillabeauTIFFul is not responsible for orders that get delivered to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to the VB Studio due to an insufficient / incorrect address or the package is stated by USPS as undeliverable and is returned to sender, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to have the order resent. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify shipping information is correct & complete prior to placing a purchase.

CHANGING ADDRESSES

Address changes are not guaranteed. Once an order is in the fulfillment stage or has been marked as shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping information. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify shipping information is correct prior to completing purchases.

Updating account info: Go to your VB account, then click View Addresses. Remove any incorrect or outdated addresses. Make sure all the information in your VB account and any auto-fill settings on your device and/or online payment methods are up-to-date so the correct information is used for your orders. If you have recently moved, ensure mail forwarding is set up through USPS. Please keep in mind changing your address in your account DOES NOT automatically change your address for any open/unfulfilled orders.

EXTRA SHIPPING 
At times, the given USPS estimated rate given at checkout might be incorrect at the time of shipping. This rate is calculated directly from USPS based on weight of the order and distance from Seattle to your location. If there is a miscalculation, a member of the team will be in contact with you if this is the case and will discuss some options so you will be able to receive your order. 


LOST PACKAGES
If you believe your package is lost in transit or there is no movement on the USPS tracking website, please contact USPS directly for assistance first. We ask that you please wait 3-4 weeks from the date the package was shipped before contacting VB Customer Service.

STOLEN / DAMAGED / UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
VillabeauTIFFul is not responsible for packages that are stolen from your property, damaged, tampered with, or marked as delivered once they have been accepted by USPS. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact USPS directly to resolve these issues and file a claim with the postal service. At times, a package may be marked as delivered but was misdelivered. Please wait 1-2 business days to see if your package does show up. If not, you will need to contact USPS directly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide, with the exception of the UK/EU and China due to changes in the VAT treatment of overseas goods. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. To determine your specific shipping rate, please add all desired items to your cart and input your shipping information. The shipping cost will be displayed prior to confirming your order.

While we strive to keep international shipping costs as low as possible, please note that we are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by your country. Additionally, we cannot alter the information on customs forms, as it is against the law to provide inaccurate details on parcels.

If a package is returned due to failure to claim it from customs, the cost of reshipping the order is solely the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the circumstances. 

 

 

PLACING ORDERS

COMBINED SHIPPING

There is no combined shipping of separate orders with past, day of, or future orders. This helps make sure we are able to process orders as quickly as possible. Manually combining multiple orders, especially on heavy order days, such as New Releases, shop sales, etc takes a considerable amount of time away from working to pack & fulfill orders.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping & Handling Charges Apply. S+H fees are the amount that's charged, aside from the order subtotal, to cover shipping & handling costs, which include fulfilling the order, packaging, shipping, etc.

 

CANCELLING ORDERS

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and orders cannot be cancelled if they are already in the queue to be fulfilled & processed for shipment. Please fill out the customer service contact form ASAP to request a cancellation.

 

ADDING INITIALS TO PROMPTS

Some listings, such as imperfect/defect products, have sections that need your attention & require initials. The listings may take a second to fully load once you bring up the page. Please review the information in full & add your initials where instructed showing that you agree with the listing terms. Initials must match the name in the order - if not your full order is subject to cancellation. If the required initials are not placed with your order, your order is subject to cancellation.

 

COLOR VARIATIONS 
Please note that while we always attempt to accurately capture the products in listing photos, actual colors may vary from what you see on your screen. Various products with the same color names may not match exactly due to different materials being used for each particular product and the manufacturing process.

 

VB SAMPLERS & MAILER CARDS
VB sticker samplers & mailer cards are promotional items. These are added to orders only while supplies last. We will not be taking requests for specific samplers or cards. As variations are selected randomly & based on inventory, you may receive duplicates if you place multiple orders.

 

CART HOLDS / CHECK OUT
The e-commerce software will not hold your items in your cart while you are shopping. Items in your cart are not guaranteed until you have completed your purchase & received an order confirmation. I.E.: for limited quantity releases, as soon as you select what you want - check out immediately as some items may sell out before your purchase is completed.  

 

ORDER / SHIPPING HOLDS
We cannot hold orders to be shipped at a later date. If you need to request special accommodations, you must let us know by filling out the VB contact form PRIOR to placing your order. 

 

SALES / PROMOTIONS / NEW RELEASES 
During sales, new releases, and any other sort of promotion period / shopping event we cannot change, add to, or cancel/refund orders once they are placed. Double check your address is correct before you finalize your order. Once you submit your order it is finalized and no changes can be made.

Orders cannot be combined if you place multiple orders during a sale / promotion / New Release period. During these times we get more orders than usual and want to make sure we start fulfilling orders right away.

Sale prices are only valid during the duration of the sale. Sale prices / discounts cannot be applied to past or future orders.

 

ORDER HISTORY

To access your order history, you must be signed up for a VB account & logged in prior to completing purchases. Be sure to sign in to this account every time you place an order. If you check out as a guest, your order will not be added to your order history. If you signed up for a VB account after making a purchase, your order may not be added to your order history. Orders cannot be transferred from one account to another, this includes accounts created by the same person under different email addresses.

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL

VillabeauTIFFul has the right to cancel any orders that break any part of the VB Store Policy and/or revoke shopping privileges on www.shopvillabeautifful.com. This pertains to any individuals that continually abuse the rewards program, buy to sell products in Facebook Buy, Sale, Trade Group(s) and/or online selling sites such as Ebay, Etsy, Mercari, etc., and/or create multiple accounts or use different names / people to bypass quantity limits. If we feel you have broken any of these policies, your orders will be canceled without contacting beforehand. 

 

 

VBPENS

For any VBPen issues, VB Customer Service must be contacted within 30 DAYS of ORDER DELIVERY. After 30 days there is no guarantee for replacements but we will always do our best to accommodate you. 

If you receive a defective pen, we will always try our best to replace it but if a VBPen is no longer available in our inventory for a replacement (such as older or discontinued pens) store credit may be issued.  

 

AS-IS / FINAL SALE FOR IMPERFECT PENS
At times we do get some VBPens that don't pass the final round of quality control at the studio. When these imperfect pens do arise and Tiffany feels that they are able to listed, they will be discounted, marked AS-IS / FINAL SALE, & disclosed as IMPERFECT. The imperfection can be anywhere on the pen and depends on each pen. Imperfections can be various things from scratches on the clear barrel, paint issues, small nicks on the metal part of the pen, etc. The price is discounted to reflect the imperfection. 
 
Please review the listing completely to understand the imperfection details. For example, some of the imperfect pens are marked on the bottom, while some are not marked on the bottom - this info will be in the listing. Only new pens + manufacture imperfect pens (ones that are not marked) will receive complimentary ink refills. If you purchased an imperfect VBPen that has been marked, you will NOT receive a complimentary ink refill with your order. Imperfect single VBPens will not be packaged in a clear VBPen box to save on packaging. 
By purchasing the listing and adding your initials to the prompts you agree to the terms that are listed in the listing description & listing photos. 

 

USING NON BRANDED VB INK REFILLS
Be cautious when using ink refills not supported by VILLABEAUTIFFUL. Use at your own risk as VILLABEAUTIFFUL LLC or Tiffany Ross are not held responsible if the refill damages your pen in any shape or form. The ink included in the pen and the refills are provided straight to us by manufacturer and is actually custom made to fit the Crystal VBPens. We understand that many of you have specific preferences in color and point sizes, however, the VB branded ink refills are the best for this pen at the moment. Please use this as a fair warning before experimenting with other refills in the market.

 

ALTERING YOUR VBPENS
Changing VBPen components to create a "new pen" is at your own risk (i.e.: attempting to switch hardware/crystals/etc from one pen to another). This is not recommended as it can result in damage to your VBPens. If a pen is broken, loses pieces, or is damaged in any way due to attempted altering from the original design, VILLABEAUTIFFUL LLC & Tiffany Ross are not held responsible.

VB DIGITALS

Every digital download includes a PDF containing the Terms of Use. We have linked the Terms of Use HERE for you to view. Please review these terms in full. If there is a breach of these terms, you will not be allowed to purchase from www.shopvillabeautifful.com and your account will be terminated without notice.

Please download the digitals once you receive the email and store them in a drive or cloud storage until you are ready to use them.

If you need assistance locating your digitals, please:

1) double check all of your Spam/Junk/Promotion inboxes

2) do a keyword search for "VillabeauTIFFul" and "digitals" in your emails

VBKit digitals were an exclusive bonus for VBKit reservations. We have very strict Terms of Use regarding villabeauTIFFul digitals. You have 30 days from receiving your VB Digitals email to download your digitals. After 30 days the files are taken off the server to make room for new files and cannot be recovered.

I FORGOT TO DOWNLOAD THE DIGITALS, CAN I STILL GET THEM? 

Once the files have been removed from the system after 30 days, they cannot be recovered to be sent again.

For previous years VB Digitals: If they were stored on the Google Drive these digitals are no longer available on the drive since we moved to a new system to receive digital products. In the download email from 2017-2019 it does state that you have 1 month to download the digitals before the new month takes the spot. 2021 VB Digitals emails stated that you had 1 year to download your digitals. After this timeframe the digitals will no longer be available as the contract with the illustrator was only good for 1 year and we need to make room for the upcoming digitals as

 

VB REWARD POINTS

VB Reward codes must be entered at the time of checkout to be used on a purchase. We will not accept codes or apply points after your order has been placed.  

Sign-up for a VB account as soon as you start shopping on the website to receive VB Reward Points. Points will not be awarded or transferred from past orders made as a guest or not signing in with your VB Account. More VB Reward information can be found on the VB FAQ page. 

To access the VB Rewards section, look for the icon labeled “VB REWARDS” at the bottom left corner of the home screen on the Shop VillabeauTIFFul website. On mobile devices, it will be a circle with a shopping bag icon.

In order to earn VB Reward Points, you must have signed up for a VB account, confirmed your account & VB Rewards membership, & be signed into your VB account prior to completing your order. Be sure to sign in to this account every time you place an order.

You can only receive points on current purchases, points cannot be added for past orders. If you check out as a guest, you will not earn points for your purchase. If you signed up for a VB Rewards account after making a purchase, you will not be awarded those points. No discounts or codes will be applied to orders after they are placed and points cannot be transferred from one account to another, this includes accounts created by the same person under different email addresses. 

During the holiday season, the rewards app we use temporarily delays the processing time for referral rewards & points earned. This means it may take a bit longer than usual for shoppers to see an updated points balance or receive referral credits. These delays are only temporary, but all earned points will be updated & reflected in your account once processed. We appreciate your patience & understanding.
